Myth: Staring at a computer screen all day is harmful to the eyes. Fact: Spending the day staring at a screen can tire or strain your eyes, but it will not hurt them. Make sure lighting doesn't create a glare on your screen. When spending long periods at your keyboard, take a break now and then to rest your eyes to reduce fatigue. Also, don't forget to blink. Your eyes need to stay lubricated to feel comfortable.

- Your submission was not your top level domain.
- Your title was not your domain name.
- Your description did not reflect the contents of your site.
- Your title and or description was keyword stuffed.
- Your submission contained adult related content.Copyright destruction, violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, vulgarity, warez.
- You submitted deep links without payment, (could result in permanent IP ban and listed as spam).
- Your site contained viruses or scripts that could potentially harm someone else's computer.
- Your site contained pop-ups.
