Serbian authorities banned a gay pride parade from proceeding, citing fears that it would incite violence. Authorities also decided to ban many counter-demonstrators from appearing on the scheduled parade day. Officials insisted that the move was meant to protect public safety.

Facts about drugs can protect against drug abuse. Legal drugs, such as alcohol and tobacco, kill more people than illegal drugs. Tobacco (smoking cigarettes) kills more people than any other drug.
