    The U.S. Mexican ambassador has asked America to stop the flow of guns and cash into his country, saying that they fuel the country's drug wars. Arturo Sarukhan has said that the money provides the drug cartels with the means to "corrupt, bribe and kill." Barack Obama is due to visit Mexico. It has been reported that something like six thousand people died in 2008 from drug-related violence. The Mexican government believes the 90% of the weapons used have come from the United States.

Consumers are becoming more and more aware of the situation, and always look for ways to protect themselves. The best way to protect yourself against fraud is to check the monthly credit card statements you receive. By looking at your statements, you'll easily be able to tell if your account has suffered any type of fraud. This way, they look into it and try to retrieve the money that was illegally stolen from you.
