OK TO KILL SATELLITE TELEVISION CHANNEL OWNERS
    September 12, 2008 - Saudi Arabia

The highest ranking judge in Saudi Arabia stated that it is acceptable to kill owners of certain satellite television channels while being interviewed on a radio program. He said that the owners of channels that show immoral or evil programs should be killed if they are not punished in other ways. This is a strange news story and relates to words supposedly from Sheikh Saleh al-Lihedan, 79, chief of the kingdom's highest tribunal, the supreme judiciary council who believes satellite television channels provides seduction, obscenity and vulgarity and should be stamped out by any means including murder of the Owners.

    COAL PIPELINE COMPLETED
    September 12, 1956 - U.S.A.

Construction was completed on the first U.S. commercial coal pipeline. This coal slurry pipeline ran 108 miles from a coal mine (Georgetown Preparation Plant of the Hanna Coal Company, near Cadiz, Ohio) to a power station (Cleveland Illuminating Company, in Eastlake, Ohio). The 10¾- in diam. pipeline could transport over a million tons of coal per year. Mixed with an equal amount of water, it delivered 150 tons of coal per hour. It was placed in operation on 4 Jun 1957. After processing to remove the water, the coal slurry was ready for burning as fuel for the power plant. Slurry pipelines now exist transporting over twenty types of minerals, including iron-ore concentrate, copper ore, phosphate rock concentrate and mineral sands. Pipeline transportation costs less than by railroad.

Tattoo Sales are the largest manufacturer of temporary tattoos on the planet! That's right, on this gigantic rock we create, sell, and ship the most temporary tattoos out of anyone, and we are pretty proud of that fact. Tattoo Sales came from humble beginnings; it was started over 25 years ago in a garage when one brave soul decided that making temporary tattoos was going to be her life. From 1989 until now, we have grown in leaps and bounds. Over that time we have made changes, seen many different faces, and we have become an innovator of new products and technologies. One thing that has not changed, however, is our belief in the core values of this company: manufacturing world-class products and treating our customers, partners, and our employees well.
