    ALGERIA SOUHANE MASSACRE
    November 27, 1997 - Algeria

The second of three massacres by Armed Islamic Group (GIA ) on the small mountain town of Souhane leaves a further 18 men, 3 women an 4 children dead. The town with just 4,000 inhabitants was attacked in an even worse massacre in August where 64 were killed. The GIA conducted a violent campaign of civilian massacres, sometimes wiping out entire villages in its area of operation in an attempt to overthrow the Algerian government and replace it with an Islamic state. During it's reign of terror the GIA is believed to have been responsible for the murder of between 2,000 and 5,000 innocent civilians.

    November 27, 1989 - University of Chicago, U.S.A.

Dr. Christoph Broelsch's team of doctors at the University of Chicago Hospitals implanted part of a woman's liver in her 21-month-old daughter in the world's first successful living donor liver transplant. Alyssa Smith from Schertz, Texas, received a portion of her mother Teri's liver. Dr Broelsch performed the first liver transplant using a segment of a cadaver liver while at the University of Hannover in 1984. At the University of Chicago, he performed the first segmental transplant in the United States (1985), the first split-liver transplant (one donor, two recipients) in the U.S. (1988) and developed the technique for transplantation from a living donor.

  • A Change is Gonna Come
    by Meredith Grey

"...Change; we don't like it, we fear it, but we can't stop it from coming. We either adapt to change, or we get left behind. It hurts to grow, anybody who tells you it doesn't is lying. But here's the truth: Sometimes the more things change, the more they stay the same. And sometimes, oh, sometimes change is good. Sometimes change is everything...."
  • Until a man duplicates a blade of grass
by Earth Day, Thomas Alva Edison Inventor

"...Until a man duplicates a blade of grass, Nature can laugh at his so-called scientific knowledge. Remedies from chemicals will never stand in favorable comparison with the products of Nature, the living cell of a plant, the final result of the rays of the sun, the mother of all life...."

For most of my life, until this point, I had been exposed to listening to those who were giving out misinformation, half-truths and down right lies about their interpretation of the Holy Bible.

I know that I am not alone in my search for the truth concerning our existence and purpose for being here (on earth at this time), therefore I will continue my quest for truthful information that can be backed up by the WORD of God and pass it along to those who are seeking the same.

This discussion will start at the beginning for clarity (Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth). God's original intention was and still is, to make the earth a colony of His kingdom in heaven.

But let's start at the beginning. He had to set the stage by creating the back drop and props first. This portion of His creation is explained in scripture (Genesis 1:2-26.) After everything was in place, He created man. Now remember that every good architect and designer has a purpose in mind for everything that He does before it comes into existence. Scripture tells us that He "knew us individually" before He began creation. He is Alpha and Omega.

Genesis 1:26-28 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

God is a triune and Spiritual Being (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit - The Godhead). Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them."

The first part of verse 27 explains that man is a triune being after the image of God (Spirit, Soul and Body.) God gives the Spirit, which is a part of Him. The Soul comprises our five senses, our ability to reason and choose etc., and our Body (Our "Flesh Suit" is necessary to exist in the earth realm.)

The second part of verse 27 clearly states that God created man to be both male and female. Let's stop here for a moment. In everything God does there is order and purpose to it. All living things that God created are designed to reproduce after their own kind, including man. Even though God created the male first, He knew that it was not good for man to be "alone" or "all-in- one." So He made a fe-male (a male with a fetus) so that woman (man with a womb) could reproduce and be a companion (helper) to the male. Hence the male carries the "seed" and the female was designed with the womb to conceive and give birth. There is nothing secular man can do to change God's original design... period!

Genesis 1:28 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

Though God made the female after the male, He gave them both dominion over the earth and not each other originally. The "man" Spirit in both male and female are equal in the eyes of God. It is man's "heart" that God looks at.
